Vasundara Srenivas currently holds the position of Controller for the Shared Services Group at The Boeing Company, USA. In this role, she is responsible for leading a 300+ strong professional organization supporting compliance and partnering with the business to deliver optimized services driving business growth and productivity.
Vasundara Srenivas moved to The Boeing Company in the US from Boeing Australia in August 2012 and assumed a role as Director of International Finance. In that position, Srenivas was responsible for implementation and integration of Boeing’s International Finance Strategy. That strategy included the global implementation of common processes and systems as well as integration with a new global regionalization model.
Srenivas previously served as the CFO of Boeing Australia and Director of Finance for Boeing Defense Australia. In those roles, she was responsible for statutory and regulatory matters and was a key member of Boeing Australia’s Board of Directors and leadership team. Srenivas led all financial, contractual and business management operations, and set the strategic direction and management framework for contracts and pricing, taxation, and financial planning and analysis.
Her achievements since joining Boeing in 2008 include development and implementation of global processes and tools in support of accelerating systems implementation, leading a market-based affordability effort, and developing and implementing strategic and organizational structural changes to support and enhance business growth.
She was recognized as CPA Australia’s Top 40 under 40 Young Business Leader, a coveted honor among that country’s finance professionals as well as awarded the National Asian Pacific American Corporate Achievement Award from the Organization of Chinese Americans (OCA) in Washington, D.C.
