On-site Interviews

On-site interviews are available on a first come, first server basis and requires submitting your resume and school transcript to prior to Friday, October 4.

Elevator Pitch 2.0: Are you prepared to present your brand in the tech era?

  • The traditional setting for an elevator has changed. Are you prepared to pitch your brand on a conference call or on a social media site?

The Interview Life Cycle

  • Students will learn all aspects of the interview process, including tips on pre-interview research, phone screens and on-campus interviews, on-site interviews and post-interview follow ups.

Participating organizations will receive a resume book prior to the Student Summit and are invited to meet with students at the Student Summit career fair.

Keynote Speaker

Diane Lin

Diane Lin is the director, Supplier Development for the Global Sourcing and Supplier Relations organization at Starbucks Coffee Company. In her role, she champions the Starbucks mission by creating and developing a supply base that elevates the Starbucks Experience through a balance of relationship sourcing and supply chain excellence.

Diane serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Northwest Minority Supplier Development Council (NWMSDC), a member of NWMSDC education committee and Starbucks Community Committee.

Diane has over 20 years experience in Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Merchandising. She joined Starbucks in 2001 and has held leadership positions in procurement operations, strategic procurement supplier relationship management, contract management, procurement systems, project management business analysis and financial planning.

Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Seattle University.
