Anthony currently is the Regional Vice President in the Pacific Northwest, based in Seattle for Starbucks Coffee Company. He joined Starbucks in New Mexico in August, 2004 and has held several high level operational positions across a variety of markets in the Southwest, California and the Northeast.
During one of his assignments in February 2010 he returned to his native city Los Angeles to support their market as Regional Director. One of his favorite parts of working in Los Angeles was the opportunity to establish lasting relationships with Crenshaw High School and make an impact in the Urban Community outreach program. This program supported the evolution of an Urban Market store concept design. After his stop in Los Angeles he relocated to Central Valley, CA in February of 2011 where he had the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors for The Volunteer Center of Sacramento. During his tenure on the Board he impacted the Center’s outreach to volunteers of all ages in projects that ranged from underserved communities/families, helping victims of domestic violence and Wounded Warriors to name a few. Prior to Starbucks he worked with Kinko’s, Inc. for 14 years holding various management roles and varied geographies across the US.
Anthony enjoys leading, mentoring and developing partners while working directly with peers to make an impact on the company. Outside of Starbucks, he is involved in the community and demonstrates for his children the importance of giving back and making an impact no matter how small. He is an avid baseball fan and enjoys playing all sports. Currently he resides in Elk Grove, CA along with his wife Mercie and three children Matthew, Amaris, Riley and their two rescue Bichons – Jack and Sam.
