The Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) – Seattle Chapter and Starbucks in partnership with the College Success Foundation are pleased to host the annual ALPFA Seattle Student Summit. ALPFA is the largest Latino association consisting of over 23,000 members nationwide. The mission of ALPFA is to empower and develop Latinos as leaders of character for the nation in every sector of the American and global market. ALPFA works toward this mission by hosting professional development events such as this Student Summit.
The ALPFA Seattle Student Summit will occur on February 28, 2015 at the Starbucks Corporate Headquarters in Seattle, WA. Students selected to participate will have the opportunity to listen to a keynote speech by a Starbucks executive, attend development workshops and network with professionals and fellow student leaders. The Latino Student Summit will conclude with a career fair, providing students the opportunity to learn about internship and full-time opportunities with local Fortune 500 companies.
The priority deadline is January 31, 2015, and the final deadline is February 21, 2015. Space is limited, so students are encouraged to apply early. Submitting an application does not guarantee admittance to the Latino Student Summit.
