A 14 year partner at Starbucks, Jill has held a variety of leadership roles in the Finance organization, including director positions in Financial Reporting, Corporate Accounting & Reporting, North America Accounting, and Cost Accounting, and a six month assignment in Global Planning & Reporting as the director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). She has also led FP&A in Global Supply Chain Finance, with additional responsibility over product costing, regional GSC finance and continuous improvement functions before her promotion to vp controller in May 2013.
Prior to joining Starbucks in 2000, Jill was an audit manager with KPMG’s financial services practice spanning offices in New York and New Jersey before joining KPMG’s Seattle office in 1999.
A committee member of American Heart Association Health Equity Multicultural Initiatives, Dr. Elisa Zaragoza-Macias was born in Mexico, and completed her Medical Doctorate degree at University of Guadalajara, her Master of Public Health and Internal Medicine at Emory University, and Cardiology Fellowship at University of Washington. Now she is a senior fellow in Adult Congenital Heart Disease at UW. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology. While at UW, she has taken on teaching post and actively participated in numerous leadership committees such as American College of Cardiology Fellow in Training, Adult Congenital Heart Disease Evidence Based Committee. Dr. Zaragoza-Macias has published in multiple journals and written several book chapters including but not limited to JAHA, Circulation, Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions Journal, and textbooks on echocardiography. Additionally, she has presented numerous times at a variety of Scientific Sessions and medical conferences.
737 Finance Director, Boeing Commercial Airplanes, The Boeing Company
Hannah Wong is the Director of Finance for the 737 Program in Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). Named to this position in Feb 2014, she is responsible for the financial forecasting of cash, sales, and earnings for the 737 commercial airplane program. Her role also includes development of the 737 Long Range Business Plan, monthly financial forecasting, financial variance analysis, weekly reporting of opportunities and risks, Program Financial Reviews, and support to the Profitable Growth for all process associated with 737 aircraft sales.
Prior to this assignment, Hannah was the Director of Finance for the 737 MAX Program. In this role, she led the Estimating, Financial Planning, and Financial Operations teams in support of the development of the 737 MAX.
Previous assignments include leading the 737 Financial Planning team, as well as finance positions in Revenue Management and Commercial Aviation Services.
Outside of work, Hannah is a member of the executive board of directors for Kin On Community Health Care Center in Seattle. She has served as a committee co-chair for the Planning and Operations Committee for the last eight years, responsible for leading strategic and capital planning efforts for the organization.
Hannah holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Seattle University.
She also attended Gonzaga University and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Asian Studies.
Director of Finance Systems Integration, The Boeing Company
Deb Winter is director of Finance Systems Integration and chairs the enterprise Finance Systems Integration Team (FSIT) made up of Finance and Information Technology (IT) leaders from across Boeing.
In this position, Deb partners with business unit and functional Finance leaders and IT to implement Finance Leadership Team strategy, direction and priorities for Finance systems, which include leveraging integration opportunities to driving commonality and standardization. She is further responsible for overseeing investments to develop and maintain these world-class, efficient, effective and integrated enterprise information solutions used by nearly 10,000 Finance employees to help run the business.
Prior to her current assignment, Deb was the director of Financial Operations & Integrated Scheduling for Engineering, Operations and Technology (EO&T) where she helped ensure the right people, processes and systems were in place to help Finance employees extend value integration support to business partners. She previously served as director of Payroll & Enterprise Benefits Accounting and held leadership positions in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Operations, Internal Audit, SOx, Rate Management and Corporate Credit.
Deb is a licensed certified public accountant with a master’s degree in business administration from Seattle University, where she serves on the school’s Accounting Advisory Board. Deb is married and has two daughters.
Director, Contracts, Boeing Commercial Airplanes Supplier Management, The Boeing Company
Janene Collins is Director, Contracts, for Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ Supplier Management. Collins is responsible for leading the strategy development, plan, execution and functional excellence for external supplier contracts on all sustaining and new and derivative programs in Commercial Airplanes, as well as overseeing the life cycle of contract administration, implementing contracts mandates from the corporation or government, and ensuring policy adherence. Most recently, she was Senior Counsel, Office of the General Counsel, for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, where she provided legal support to BCA Supplier Management, for both Common Commodities and Structures.
In addition, she was previously Counsel, Office of the General Counsel, for Boeing Shared Services Group real estate division. In that position she provided legal support on Boeing’s behalf for residential leases worldwide, as well as commercial leases in the eastern and southeastern United States, including Oklahoma and South Carolina.
Collins earned her Bachelor of Arts in Government with a minor in Economics from Georgetown University, and her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
Executive Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, Liberty Mutual Personal Insurance/strong>
Natalie is a member of the Liberty Mutual Personal Insurance Executive Recruiting team supporting Home Office Claims, Life and Safeco Operations. Natalie spent seven years focusing on executive investment research search with the Charles Sterling Group, a boutique asset management search firm, and Michael Page International, a leading global search firm. Natalie was in charge of managing the Boston investment recruiting team at Michael Page International where she specialized in the Private Equity and the Investment Banking recruiting discipline. In her role as Practice Manager, Natalie conducted numerous searches in technology, healthcare IT, power, oil and gas, clean technology and generalist Private Equity and Investment Banking sectors. Natalie graduated summa cum laude from Assumption College with a double major in Political Science and History. She holds a Masters of Arts in International Relations from Boston University.
Director, Venture Integration Management, Microsoft Corporation
Rosanna Bashinski is a Director in the Venture Integration Management practice at Microsoft Corporation, where she currently serves as a lead on Microsoft’s integration of the Nokia Devices & Services business. Prior to that, she held the position of Chief of Staff for the Chief Financial Officer at Microsoft, where she supported the Finance Leadership Team on Finance priorities and served as the steward for Early Talent. Prior to this role, Bashinski was the Finance Early Talent Director and head of the Finance Rotation Program.
Bashinski began her Microsoft career in 1998 as an analyst in Capital Markets, where she subsequently worked for seven years. Before joining Microsoft, Bashinski held positions in auditing, consulting, and commercial banking.
Bashinski earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Marquette University, and is a CFA charter holder.
Senior Director of Business Development for Cloud & Enterprise, Microsoft Corporation
Dianne O’Brien is Microsoft Corporation’s Senior Director of Business Development for Cloud & Enterprise. In this role Dianne is responsible for developing the Cloud & Enterprise business development strategy for commercial deals that fill key technology or business gaps that will help accelerate the C&E business growth, with a particular focus on realizing our Cloud OS vision and Microsoft Azure. Prior to moving into Business Development for C&E, Dianne was a part of the Microsoft Azure business team, joining as its third member in 2008 as the Senior Director for Business Planning and Operations, responsible for all long term business planning, offer and channel strategy, business desk, and performance management before moving to her current role. During her fifteen year Microsoft tenure she has held senior leadership positions in the corporate planning and finance functions including leading the Global R&D finance team and serving as IT Controller. Prior to joining Microsoft, Dianne owned a private CPA practice, and was the Assistant General Manager of a public utility service in San Diego County where she was responsible for the implementation of several major technology initiatives. Dianne holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of San Diego. She lives with her husband on Whidbey Island near Seattle, and enjoys fishing and watching baseball.
